This is tape that was produced in protest of certain government actions to slow the spread of Covid-19. The is made to appear to have been made by the United Conservative Party, the party in power in Alberta, but was actually made by an unidentified .protest group. The tape was used to wrap what was supposed to look like a corpse. The protest creation appeared outside a Calgary, Alberta Hospital.
